Use this page to understand and manage the personal-data rights available to FrameLabs users. Requests are verified before account information, exports, or deletion actions are processed.

FrameLabs operates from Germany and processes requests in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Exportable information may include:

  • Account information
  • Profile information
  • Authentication records
  • Connected login providers
  • Billing identifiers
  • License information

Media files processed through FlowCut are handled locally on the user's device and are not uploaded to FrameLabs servers unless explicitly stated for future cloud-based features.

2. Correction

You may update optional profile information directly from your account settings when available.

If corrections cannot be completed through your account dashboard, you may submit a verified request to modify inaccurate or incomplete personal information.

Some transactional, billing, fraud-prevention, or legally required records may be temporarily retained where required by applicable law or payment-provider obligations.

  • Filler-word detection
  • Editing automation

Where possible, media processing is performed locally on the user's device. Future cloud-based AI features will be disclosed separately if introduced.

Users remain responsible for reviewing generated edits, exports, and automated processing results before publication or commercial use.

7. Verification process

To protect account security and user privacy, FrameLabs may require identity verification before processing certain GDPR-related requests.

Verification may include:
