FrameLabs operates from Germany and processes requests in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Access or portability
Request confirmation of whether FrameLabs processes personal information associated with your account. Eligible users may also request a copy of their personal data in a portable format.
Exportable information may include:
- Account information
- Profile information
- Authentication records
- Connected login providers
- Billing identifiers
- License information
Media files processed through FlowCut are handled locally on the user's device and are not uploaded to FrameLabs servers unless explicitly stated for future cloud-based features.
2. Correction
You may update optional profile information directly from your account settings when available.
If corrections cannot be completed through your account dashboard, you may submit a verified request to modify inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
3. Deletion
You may request permanent deletion of your FrameLabs account and eligible associated personal information.
Approved deletion requests may remove:
- Account records
- Authentication information
- Connected providers
- Profile information
- Stored license associations
FrameLabs does not permanently store user media files processed locally through FlowCut.
Some transactional, billing, fraud-prevention, or legally required records may be temporarily retained where required by applicable law or payment-provider obligations.
4. Object or restrict processing
You may request restriction of certain forms of data processing or object to specific processing activities where applicable under GDPR regulations.
This may include:
- Analytics-related processing

- Optional account features
- Certain AI-assisted functionality
5. Authentication and third-party providers
FrameLabs may use third-party providers to operate account authentication, billing, analytics, and infrastructure services.
Current providers may include:
- Apple Sign In
- Google Sign In
- Supabase Authentication
- Stripe
- LemonSqueezy
- Google Analytics
These providers process information only as required to deliver their respective services and under their own privacy and compliance obligations.
6. AI-powered features
Certain FlowCut features may use AI-assisted processing technologies, including:
- Speech-to-text
- Silence detection
- Filler-word detection
- Editing automation
Where possible, media processing is performed locally on the user's device. Future cloud-based AI features will be disclosed separately if introduced.
Users remain responsible for reviewing generated edits, exports, and automated processing results before publication or commercial use.
7. Verification process
To protect account security and user privacy, FrameLabs may require identity verification before processing certain GDPR-related requests.
Verification may include:
- Authenticated account access
- Email confirmation
- Ownership verification of connected accounts or licenses
Requests that cannot be verified may be denied for security reasons.

Verified GDPR requests are typically reviewed and processed within 30 days, depending on request complexity and applicable legal obligations.
