FrameLabs provides the FlowCut website, account system, and software products. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, processed, and protected when you use FrameLabs services, create an account, purchase products, or interact with the website.

FrameLabs operates from Germany.

By using FrameLabs services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

FrameLabs does not directly store full payment card information on its own servers.

FlowCut primarily processes audio, video, and timeline-related media locally on the user's device.

FrameLabs does not permanently upload or store user media files unless explicitly required for future cloud-based functionality or optional online services.

Users remain responsible for maintaining backups of:

  • Exports
  • Editing timelines

5. AI-assisted features

Certain FlowCut features may use AI-assisted processing technologies, including:

  • Speech-to-text
  • Silence detection
  • Filler-word detection
  • Editing automation
  • Transcription systems

Where possible, processing is performed locally on the user's device.

Future cloud-based AI functionality may involve temporary server-side processing, which will be disclosed separately if introduced.
