- Modified for unauthorized redistribution

- Documentation

- Proprietary technology

3. Payments, subscriptions, and billing
FrameLabs may offer:
- One-time licenses
- Subscription-based services
- Optional paid upgrades
- Future cloud-based functionality
Payments may be processed through third-party providers including:
- Stripe
- LemonSqueezy
Pricing, feature availability, and supported plans may change over time.
Users are responsible for maintaining valid billing information where recurring subscriptions apply.
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital software products, purchases may be non-refundable once license delivery, account activation, or product access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable EU or German consumer protection laws.
5. Media processing and AI-assisted features
FlowCut primarily processes media locally on the user's device.
FrameLabs does not permanently store user media files unless explicitly required for future cloud-based functionality or online services.
Certain features may use AI-assisted technologies, including:
- Speech-to-text
- Silence detection
- Filler-word detection
- Editing automation
- Transcription systems
Users remain fully responsible for reviewing generated edits, exports, AI-assisted processing results, and published content before commercial use or public distribution.
6. Compatibility and updates
FrameLabs may modify:
- Website functionality
- Product features
- Licensing systems
- Supported integrations
- Update availability
Compatibility with future versions of Final Cut Pro, macOS, Apple hardware, or third-party software is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Some updates may require newer operating systems, newer hardware, updated account systems, or internet connectivity.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowCut and related services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties not explicitly stated at purchase.
FrameLabs is not responsible for:
- Project corruption
- Media loss
- Export issues
- Workflow interruptions
- Incompatibilities
- Data loss
- Production downtime
- Third-party software conflicts
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of project files, timelines, exports, and source media.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameLabs' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service.
8. Termination
FrameLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services, accounts, or licenses where necessary to:
- Enforce these Terms
- Prevent abuse
- Investigate fraud
- Protect platform integrity
- Comply with legal obligations
Termination may result in account deactivation, license revocation, or restricted service access.
9. Privacy and data protection
Use of FrameLabs services is also governed by the Privacy Policy, the GDPR Portal, and applicable data protection laws.
Users located within the European Union may have additional privacy rights under GDPR regulations.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
